• Handle luggage transportation and storage
• Provide general information to the guests and answer guests’ enquiries
• Deliver messages, parcels, mails and newspapers to hotel guests and internal departments

• Outgoing, attentive and service-oriented
• Proficient in spoken English and Putonghua
