Report to the Associate Director, you will be responsible for the loyalty marketing program for the internal membership club.

Description

*In charge of the membership loyalty marketing programs
*Work closely with the analytic team to analyse group performance
*Provide guidance and guideline to the business partners including but not limited to events, design and marketing teams on programs and sourcing preparation
*Identify and implement customer engagement and communication programs
*Closely work with internal stakeholders on redemption strategies and plannings

Profile

*Degree holder in marketing or retailed disciplines
*4-6 years of experience in loyalty marketing; preferred candidates from hospitality background
*Good command in English and Chinese; both spoken and written
*Fast paced, articulate and presentable
*Positive mindset with strong can do attitude
