Client Details

A reputable UK firm is now hiring a mid-level M&A lawyer. The firm has a prestigious corporate practice with a long history in Hong Kong and across the APAC region.

Description

You will be advising both international and domestic clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, takeovers, joint ventures and private equity/fund investments. You will also be engaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of a wide variety of corporate contracts, including share purchase agreements, ancillary documents, disclosure letters, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, offering memoranda, shareholders agreements, and joint venture agreements.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a Hong Kong solicitor with at least 3 years of solid M&A experience, including experience representing investment banks and corporates in public company M&A transactions. You will have a deeply client-focused approach and be ready to apply that experience to our corporate practice where we work closely with our external clients. Mandarin is a must.
