Our client is an Investment Bank, and they are now seeking for the below caliber to join the team. Ideal if you are seeking for a stable working environment with steady career progression, attractive salary package will be offered to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis, research and due diligence under minimum supervision
  • Support the team in M&A project management
  • Analyzing and valuing potential acquisition opportunities
  • Help maintaining client and transaction database

Requirements;

  • Degree holder or above in Finance or relevant disciplines
  • Qualification in CPA /CFA is preferred
  • Min of 3-5 years working experience at M&A / deal / transaction Advisory team in Big 4, or M&A advisory firms
  • Strong Financial analysis, financial modelling, documentation, research and due diligence skills is required
  • Excellent command of both English and Cantonese is required
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as M&A Analyst
