Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience in delivery of successful projects implementation within timeline, resource and quality work
  • Study and understand customer requirements, communicate with sales; implementation and production teams and provide the solution and action plan for the customer
  • Liaise & co-ordinate clients / project team for project follow up
  • Attend and well record internal / external project meeting
  • Assist project Manager to prepare project progress reports and statistics
  • Able to provide presales support to sales team and partners
  • Travel and work offsite (including oversea) when required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in project management
  • Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) systems or working experience in Hospitality would be an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organization and administrative skills
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Attention to details, good team player and able to work under tight schedule
  • Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in computer application including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience but good working attitude and potential, will also be considered as Project Executive
