Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited (SHESC) was established in 1980. By providing the very best after-sales services, SHESC backs up sales efforts and increases customer confidence. The Company headquarters in the 18/F-20/F of Shun Hing Centre comprises three floors with a total floor area of 100,000 square feet. In addition to the Shun Hing Centre headquarters, there are service stations in Jordan and Tin Hau in order to have full service coverage throughout Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. We also tend customer needs beyond Hong Kong with service centre in Macau.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare products’ quality and testing reports
  • Handle customers’ complaints and grievance 
  • Facilitate outdoor repair service including call screening and helpdesk operations
  • Assist Managers in handling administration work of the Section / Department

 

Requirements:                                                                                     

  • University degree holder of Engineering, Electronics or related disciplines
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Proficiency in PC skills such as Word, Excel, AutoCad etc. 
  • Working Experience preferred but not a must 
  • Knowledge in electrical appliances / air-conditioner desired
