Job descriptions

  • Report to Managing Director and Shareholders of the Group
  • Partner with the Managing Director in managing and maintaining a highly effective organization
  • Partner with Managing Director and Commercial Manager in strategic decisions
  • Maintain and manage company calendar with events, production planning travel arrangements, etc. Schedule and maintain Managing Directors and Commercial Managers calendar
  • Day to day communicating/updating to Managing Director and other team members in terms of operations, promotional activities, problem solving, etc
  • Undertake, manage and recommend on all the company’s marketing and marketing activities
  • Builds strong relationships and fosters teamwork among staff to maximize team performance
  • Assist in completing production specifications
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate better terms
  • Communicate, manage and maintain client relationships, enhance client relationships and proactively identify opportunities and create ideas for revenue generation
  • Provide all around assistance to the Logistic Manager and Financial Controller to complete all tasks as and when required
  • Provide administration and HR support to the office
  • Coordinate with service providers to solve the encountered problem
  • Schedule and book travel arrangements for the staff
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as required.


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or High diploma on similar subject
  • Accounting knowledge with LCCI intermediate or similar accounting qualification
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Sound problem solving, negotiation, planning and organizing skills
  • Strong numeric and analytical mind
  • Self-motivated, possesses good interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Able to handle multi-tasks work
  • With passion at work and willing to put time and grow with the company
  • High-level of integrity
  • Experience in Xero accounting software is an advantage
