JOB ROLE:

-Implement overall strategies and initiatives to drive new agent recruitment, in particular on targeted segment;

- Drive agency transformation with focus to develop & expand the ideal agent segments (notably age, experience, background etc) in order to ensure agency continues to grow and expand strategically;

-Develop and drive recruiting culture among agencies;

-Explore and develop effective ways of recruiting (including the use of technology, social media and any other effective means);

-Drive the AXA recruitment clubs with the objective to developing future agency managers and leaders

JOB REQUIREMENT:

- proven track record in agency training/business development /recruitment;

- min. 4 years related experience in managerial level;

- strong communication skill;

- proficient in language skill (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)

- outstanding presentation skill

- result oriented and able to work under pressure;

- sales & marketing experience (managerial level) will be a definite asset

- IANG background will be a plus
