Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in overall property leasing service for commercial / retail / industrial properties portfolio in HK.
  • Handle daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy matters, new lease and renewals negotiations, tenancy agreement preparation.
  • Takeover and handover of premises, responsible for repairs & maintenance and fitting outworks, ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Assist to plan and formulate leasing and marketing strategies to maximize profits and occupancy rate.
  • Has a good connection and network with tenants and property agents.
  • Conduct periodic market research and market data for business intelligence.

Requirements:
  • University graduate or equivalent in property related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in leasing & property market preferably gained in sizable retailers;
  • Familiar with landlord / tenancy law and leasing procedures;
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese;
  • Ability to handle correspondence and work independently;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Excellent communication &negotiation skills, detail-minded and willing to work under pressure;
