Responsibilities :-

  • Provide all-round executive support to the CEO  
  • Assist CEO in managing day-to-day operations, liaise with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient business operations  
  • Coordinate, monitor and report the progress of various projects and events  
  • Prepare presentation materials and speeches for CEO and Chairman  
  • Organize, note taking and reporting of important CEO meetings  
  • Facilitate connection of CEO office with all employees in the Corporation 
  • Coordinate and take lead with other administrative functions to provide synergetic support to the senior executives 
  • Coordinate with Government departments, customers, associations, federations and universities for senior management activities  
  • Play a key role in organizing and coordinating events related the senior management  
  • General Office Administration

Requirements :-

  • Bachelor's degree in business related discipline  
  • Highly proficient computer skills in MS Office suite including Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese word processing  
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in serving C-suite level executives , preferably with solid exposure in analyst, business operations in MNC or reputable organization. Candidate with higher qualification but less experience will also be considered  
  • Good business acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills  
  • A team player with pleasant personality and easily approachable  
  • Ability to work with people at various different levels 
  • Mature, proactive and willing to work according to the schedule of CEO  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Good command of written and spoken, English, Cantonese and Mandarin
