Salary (HKD) $25,000 - $55,000 / month

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Department head to implement initiatives to increase customer engagement and maximize existing customer cross-selling opportunities 
  • Support in formulation of strategy to improve customer satisfaction and achieve business target
  • Drive customer insights, solve business problems, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business performance
  • Coordinate with Business development departments to engage stakeholder to promote customer culture and initiatives to achieve business target
  • Developing metrics forecasts, analysis and reports monthly on channel marketing spend and return 
  • Provide critical reporting to internal and external partners
  • Engage internal departments to improve and promote excellent service culture 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 4 years of Customer experience/ Customer engagement / Business Strategy experience gained from other sizable financial institutions
  • A creative problem solver with a strong skill in design and problem formulation; data duration; data acquisition, cleaning and management; data interpretation, analysis
  • Strong business sense to combine with analytics to help drive decisions
  • Be able to communicate in English and Cantonese very fluently
