Job Description:

  • Heavily involved in conducting Corporate compliance testing including from setting a test plan, engagement planning and fieldwork, test file wrap up to reporting of all control deficiencies with mitigation actions to local management and Regional Office in quality and timely manner.

  • Enhanced Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) of new regulations and expected amendments and the inclusion of Regulatory Compliance Management activities such as maintaining Compliance universe and regulatory inventory, update of RCM Policy and Operating Guidelines as well as performing regular risk assessment on RCM program and report of all identified risks to line manager, Business Unit Compliance Officer, local management and Regional Office in timely manner.

  • Implement Market Conduct Program including review of local Market Conduct operating guideline and respective procedures and performing the branch review on regularly basis.

  • Work close with first line Quality Assurance team to ensure sales conduct is well managed and monitored and report of all control deficiencies to line manager.


Job Requirements:

  • University Degree Holder
  • 5 years above working experience in insurance/ audit field
  • Proficient in speaking and written both English and Chinese
  • Familiar with excel, word and powerpoint
  • Must have Compliance and Strong Governance Senses
