Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive team to formulate, implement and execute marketing programs to achieve the assigned business target;
  • Prepare proposal and P&L for management approval with benchmarking of market competitions, analytics on historical data;
  • Collaborate with internal parties for smooth logistics and support for execution of marketing programs;
  • Liaise with advertising and media agencies on top of the class marketing communications and media plan to maximize awareness in the market;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs by analyzing data and results.

         

Requirements:

 

 

  • University degree with minimum of 6 years' marketing experience, preferably in banking;
  • Experience in people management and driving team to achieve business targets;
  • Aggressive, result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Excellent marketing execution skills from research, communication to promotion, attentive to details;
  • Good problem solving and coordination skills;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
