Responsibilities:

  • Exercise control on processing of customers’ account documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, internal guidelines and service standards
  • Conduct AML, FATCA and related checking on customers’ account documentation and customer information system
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information in the Bank’s customer database;
  • Provide operation support to frontline on customer account opening
  • Monitor operational efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Devise and implement policies and procedures on internal control, risk management, AML related compliance, defect management and incident response
  • Provide periodical reports to management
  • Supervise workflow improvement or system related projects

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking operation and back office support with at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Solid experience in processing of account opening documentation with knowledge in AML, FATCA and CRS is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, positive and willing to work in a changing environment
  • Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
  • Mature, self-motivated and attentive to details
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
