Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team for daily smooth operation and administration functions
  • Lead the team to resolve customer related issues and escalations
  • Response for review of operation related standard and procedure
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all customers (especially VIP)
  • Provide relevant CS training to front line staff
  • Perform ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree/ High Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • 5 years customer service experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory role
  • Prior experience in medical service industry and hotel industry will be an advantage
  • Service oriented, energetic, cheerful with strong communication skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
