Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design and implement digital loyalty marketing programs to enhance customer engagement and maintain good customer relationships
  • Source and manage all up to the market trend gifts and premiums for the loyalty program
  • Collect & analyze customers’ digital footprints and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
  • Work closely with market operations team and internal departments to ensure the loyalty plans and marketing campaigns roll-out effectively, from scratch till completion

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Around 5-7 years’ experience in CRM/loyalty marketing and retail marketing gained from FMCG or retail sectors
  • Solid experience in design and implementation of loyalty program is a definite advantage
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of both written spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinses Word Processing
