Assist to form and deploy customer strategies by leveraging advanced analytics including machine learning and decision management across departments. Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise the team to perform data analytic to identify opportunities across customer acquisition, cross sell and up sell and retention, and to support distribution strategy by providing higher quality data leads to maximize customer value opportunities
  • Lead the development of strategic analytics projects eg. advanced campaign analytic, segmentation models, automated claims decisioning, Chatbot enhancement, and predictive models to optimize marketing efforts, support cross sell and up sell strategy and  enhance operational efficiency
  • Deliver robust campaign return on investment (ROI) and provide high quality strategic and tactical recommendations to distribution channels for financial & non-financial benefits
  • Ensure team is highly engaged and consistently delivers high performance quality job through supervision, coaching, and providing challenging and developmental opportunities
  • Ensure the achievement of the various customer KPIs eg. customer retention rate, measurable loyalty, repeat sales, net increase of new customer
  • Maintain long term infrastructure for data analytic to ensure cutting edge data analysis technologies are employed to ride on new market trends and business opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Decision Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Actuarial Science, Marketing Analytics or Statistics
  • Master degree in relevant disciplines will be a plus
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in data analytics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance and 2 years in supervisory level will be a plus
  • Proven experience in driving analytics strategy and business results
  • Proven experience in campaign/lead management across multiple channels
  • Strong ability in project management and vendor management
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, SAS / R is a must
  • Hands-on experience in segmentation / predictive modeling / advanced analytic
  • Knowledge in data infrastructure
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Additional advantage if possess any skills or knowledge below:

    1. Experience in data/business consulting firms

    2. Experience in AWS API, LEX, Lambda or Watson API

    3. Experience in developing QlikSense application

    4. Understanding sales process in insurance industry
