Our clients, a global Top Luxury Fashion Brand are looking for an experienced APAC Demand Planning & Supply Chain Management professional to join its regional office in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Supply Chain and Logistics Director, incumbent will get to enjoy excellent regional exposure and stable work environment for career development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the supply chain team tactically to ensure the smooth supply of products from Central warehouse to boutique
  • Managing the replenishment tools for the short-term demand planning.
  • Monitoring the stock level and coordinate the assortment review with Regional
  • Work with different departments such as Supply Chain / Finance / Merchandising / Stores in Central / Zones / Countries to ensure smooth operations in supply chain.
  • Establish & define KPI's for replenishment and demand planning and share with the other departments.
  • Communicate with all key stakeholders actively

 

Requirements:

  • Degree+ in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management
  • 8+ years of experience preferably within APAC, supply chain and demand planning
  • Excellent communications and leaderships skills
  • Experience in SAP/Oracle, WMS system
  • Self-motivation with a strong analytical mind
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to resolve issues, think critically and make effective decisions independently in a fast-paced and matrix environment
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills and provide training
  • Less experience will be consider as Assistant Manager
