A top-tier global life insurer are looking for a Project Manager to join their digital new business team

Your new role
Job responsibilities:

  • Act as lead business analyst to analyse and identify improvement opportunities to streamline end-to-end new business workflow from submission point-of-sales to back-end operation process.
  • Lead projects of operations automation and business process optimisation on end-to-end new business and underwriting operations.
  • Manage and coordinate the stakeholders across functions both internally and externally to ensure the final success of the projects
  • Prepare business requirements / user stories, presentation deck, and other required documentations for projects
  • Plan new project priorities, keep track and ensure the timely and quality delivery.
  • Provide advice, coaching and performance evaluation to direct report / junior staff
  • Support Senior Manager to achieve strategic business goals


What you'll need to succeed

  • University degree with over 8 years relevant working experience in insurance or financial service industry
  • PM or BA experience on business process optimisation & automation projects
  • Excellent presentation, communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, & decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of project management skills and tools (both Waterfall and Agile model)
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
