Description

  • Provide end-to-end ownership of the Cathay Pacific commercial product portfolio, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Account Development

  • Manage the P&L of the co-brand product portfolio for Hong Kong and Taiwan

  • Develop and execute a strategy for the Greater China commercial co-brand portfolio with existing and new products

  • Foster meaningful and material relationships with leading B2B companies across the Greater China region to create new value for our mutual businesses and the customers we serve

  • Be a champion for customer insights across the proprietary and co-brand product portfolio

  • Building successful relationships with existing partnerships as well as researching and identifying new verticals/B2B partnerships to drive billings.

  • Project managing key deals/partnerships from negotiation to implementation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Build and manage B2B Vertical pipeline to ensure target no. of verticals deals are executed and annual billing targets are met

Profile

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills

  • Customer-centric mindset

  • Excellent presentation skills (development and delivery)

  • Process-oriented and future focused

  • Track record of defining and executing product strategy

  • Proven experience defining and implementing strategies in partnership with third parties, product, and marketing
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential; Mandarin is a plus
