Manager, Engagement & Customer Experience job for a large bank to drive all their engagement initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a very reputable bank with a large presence in the Asia Pacific Region. They are currently going through an exciting transformation and are looking for new talents as Manager, Employee Engagement and Customer Experience to join their vibrant and energetic team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of Employee Engagement. Your focus will be around lead engagement and retention initiatives that reinforce cultural narrative of growth, innovation, and diversity and inclusion, develop and manage successful creation and execution of company-wide engagement events as well as oversee content creation and day-to-day management of the employee intranet. Your responsibilities will also include identifying key engagement drivers and develop supporting internal communication plan to inform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels, enhance employee experience and drive business results, develop and deploy tools and metrics for assessing employee feedback, identify employee concerns, and monitor overall employee satisfaction, provide solutions from data gathered and oversee the awards and recognition programmes based on current business needs.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Experience implementing strategic engagement and retention strategies
  • Outstanding demonstrated written communication skills & experience developing successful content series
  • Ability to articulate and champion the key business drivers and ROI of employee engagement
  • Ability to design strategic solutions for internal clients
  • Demonstrated good judgment; ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and quickly develop credibility
  • Ability to set measurable goals and produce high quality results
