Responsibilities:

  • To manage the URA’s social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, from content plan, content preparation and creation, digital push to monitoring and analysis
  • To consolidate and generate performance and analytic reports on URA’s social media channels on a regular basis
  • To work closely with appointed agency to ensure smooth operation of the social media monitoring and alert system
  • To work with the different teams within the External Relations Department as well as with other divisions or departments in editing and enhancing content of write-ups on corporate (www.ura.org.hk) and Building Rehabilitation Platform (www.brplatform.org.hk) websites to meet SEO best practices

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Communication/Journalism/Digital and Social Media/Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in public relations/corporate communications/marketing communications, with at least 5 years in digital marketing and/or social media management in a supervisory role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Adwords, SEO and SEM and other social media best practices
  • Up to date knowledge of social media trends and technologies
  • Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Chinese
  • Preferably with good knowledge of urban renewal and housing issues of Hong Kong
