Reporting to Head, Remuneration and Planning (HR&P), you will be responsible for:

  • assisting in evaluation, designing and recommending compensation and benefits programmes based on market assessment and business strategy;
  • leading and participating compensation and benefits initiatives such as conducting market surveys and benchmarking exercise, performing annual pay review and reviewing the benefits programmes;   
  • implementing new benefit programmes and programme changes. Maintaining contact with benefit vendors, employees and management to ensure appropriate utilization of benefits by and for all employees;
  • ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements and regulatory changes;
  • assessing current / new HR systems functionalities and assisting with all components of the project life cycle such as requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, documentation, deployment, and change management;
  • recommending process improvements and innovative solutions. In partnership with IT and HR systems vendors/consultants in enhancement of existing HR systems;
  • performing system administration functions including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations and release analysis; and
  • managing ad hoc analytics requests and projects as required.

You should:

  • possess a recognised degree in human resources management, business management, information technology or relevant disciplines;
  • have around 6 - 8 years of relevant experience gained from sizeable organisation with hands-on experience in implementation of C&B programs and HR systems is preferred;
  • have experience in implementing or supporting Workday is required;
  • be well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related statutory requirements;
  • be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint; and
  • have attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, diplomacy and professionalism.
