Responsibilities:-

• Land overseas startups or high value partners to HKSTP

• Recruit and co-organise startup events with local and overseas partners such as corporations, co-working spaces, associations and universities, to drive market awareness, startup participations and applications to HKSTP's incubation programmes

• Content development for marketing and promotion, formal document preparation and official response to government bodies and various stakeholders

• Enhance market awareness of the incubation programmes, through active engagement with the innovation and technology communities

• Keep track of the latest development of the startup ecosystem

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements:-

• University degree in Business, Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related disciplines, experience in the innovation and technology industry will be advantageous

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business development & marketing, preferably with exposure in partner relation building, and business expansion strategy development

• Outgoing, mature, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese is highly preferable

• Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

• Willing to travel
