Manager (Invoicing & Collections) - Hong Kong - Permanent 

Hong Kong – Permanent

Our Client, a reputable corporate service provider is seeking a Manager (Invoice & Collections) to join their growing team.

Invoicing and Collection:

  • Mange a team for accurate and on-time issuance and payment applications of all customer invoices & credit notes
  • Good customer service to external stakeholders 
  • Responsible for Order-to-Cash (O2C) end-to-end process

Responsibilities:

You will be expected to lead and manage the Fund application team.

Other duties include:

  • Manage a team
  • Monitor fund application and bank reconciliations in various systems
  • Other reconciliations to be completed on time
  • Support system integration (Design and test)
  • Train and mentor junior staff on complex matters
  • Ensure that corporate policies are adhered to
  • Month end closing
  • Put in place remedial action plans to identify risks and quality
  • Ensure effective and timely communication of process and control requirements to external and internal customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • CPA/HKICPA Qualified or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-8 years relevant working experience
  • Proven track record of successful process improvements
  • Experience in Shared Services/ Professional firms will be an advantage
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Written and spoken)
