Responsibilities:

  • Manage to construct the required IT infrastructure of new store opening or store renovation to facilities cashier operations and back office operations in stores
  • Manage, control and monitor the constant review on policies and procedures standard templates including architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards and service provision
  • Provide expertise and support for ITIL and ISO20000 implementation
  • Develop and manage the standard operating procedure and best practices template including the provision of written protocols and guidance to IT staff
  • Design and implement the development details of ITIL strategies and plans to enhance IT Service effectiveness based on ITIL standard and best practice
  • Manage, control and monitor service level of Service Desk in handling incidents and user requests and propose improvement actions.
  • Manage, control and monitor the status of security compliance in system security and data protection in CSL group and propose remedial actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of relevant IT working experience
  • Possess certification and implementation experience of ITIL and ISO20000 standard will be a definite asset
  • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
  • Solid analytical and evaluative skills with personality in exploring solutions and new ideas
  • Able to meet tight deadline, to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Track record in utilizing ITIL framework, ISO20000, CISPP and help desk operations is preferable
