As a member of the China KPMG Business School, the incumbent will play a key role in designing and managing the Development Centre of senior staff as well as managing portfolio of leadership and management skills programmes and projects in Hong Kong and mainland China. To align the overall Learning and Development approach with Global KPMG Business School, s/he will need to identify training needs, formulate curriculum, design and deliver learning solutions for all staff up to managerial level.

Roles and responsibilities

- Formulate curriculum and initiatives to meet people development needs for different functions
- Facilitate development centre and debrief reports with participants and stakeholders
- Manage projects, develop local plans, budgets and schedules
- Support ad-hoc projects, initiatives and events
- Lead, coach and support direct reports and other team members

Experience and background

- University degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or other related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in competency modelling, managing development centre in large organisations, preferably in MNCs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally
- Good organisational, presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Occasional travel may be required
