Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for management of mortgage Loan department and lead the team to meet monthly target
  • Provide on-the-job training to staff on regular basis
  • Evaluate risk and implement marketing strategies in relation to company
  • Prepare business and risk reports for monthly management meeting
  • Assist in reviewing and improving the existing system and operation

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 3 years experience of mortgage loan and management position
  • Familiar with loan application process and approval of loan applications
  • Work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours:

  • Weekly 5.5 days (Alternative Saturday-Off)
  • Monday to Friday : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (including 1 hour lunch time)
