  • Responsible for performing analysis and liaising with business stakeholders to enhance system / operation solutions to address retail banking business needs
  • Participate in business process re-engineering or compliance initiatives in accordance with Bank’s direction
  • Provide support on system revamp project
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5 with minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis / project management
  • Knowledge in retail banking products and related business processes will be an advantage
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels
