Job Description:

Products Management:

  • Strategic planning for a wide range of products covering Retail Banking, Wealth Management and Private Banking i.e. FX, equities, fixed income, structured products, OTC & listed derivatives, mutual funds and private equities
  • New product review, approval and launch, product due diligence and selection process design within the compliance requirements of regulatory authorities, sales document preparation, product risk rating and management, product training, trade workflow design, workflow manual write-up and operational risk management

Investment Idea Generation:

  • Generate investment ideas, view information and product presentation, prepare proposal, briefings and training

Trade Execution:

  • Oversee the product platform from product launch, workflow/system design to trade execution satisfying regulatory and compliance requirements

Related projects:

  • Support HKMA on-site examination
  • Take ownership of all system installation and enhancement from providing user requirements to overseeing effective system enhancement in areas of and related to product management and product sales and the trade workflow


  • University degree or above
  • Minimum 7-10 years’ direct experience, CFA preferred
  • Well versed in investment products
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to products offers and throughout the sales process of local environment as well as cross-border sales activities
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work in a team
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
