Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager to handle administration and supervision of fitting-out and improvement works, renovation, and enhancement works for bank properties
  • Participate in office/branch relocation and removal project
  • Prepare tender analysis of fitting-out works and A&A works at branches and office
  • Record status of Directions and Orders issued by Government
  • Responsible for Offices & branches layout updating; draft test fit layout plan for new branch & office
  • Ensure building security, manage and coordinate various facility projects and activities in all locations and departments to ensure the sustainable use
  • Co-ordinate procurement, repair and maintenance of goods/services including furniture, burglar alarm and security systems

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in building surveying, building, facilities management, engineering or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in project management, with exposure to renovation and fitting out; experience gained in banking industry is an advantage
  • Project management experience in reengineering, outsourcing and automation would be advantage
  • Technical knowledge of building and mechanical / electrical services, building regulations
  • Customer-oriented, with effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Conversant with AutoCad, MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese
