Responsibilities: 

  • To assist in managing land grants, joint venture development tenders, implementing redevelopment and revitalization projects, and new initiatives of the Authority
  • To prepare applications, negotiate with Government on basic terms and conditions, and attend District Lands Conference for approval of land grants on the best possible terms to achieve the Authority’s development intentions
  • To advise on project feasibility, property market, land grant and development related matters, building plans, etc.; and serve as a representative in project meetings
  • To assess market selling prices and rents, and assist in preparing valuation reports and rebuttals in independent valuation process for distribution of surplus sales proceeds under development agreements

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Surveying or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ working experience in property field
  • Professional membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the General Practice Division or equivalent with not less than 6 years’ post-qualification experience
