  • Experience of retail operations for the company products
  • Manage Champion stores image, VM and operational related executions
  • Supervise distributors/ franchisees retail operation and VM teams
  • Work/ manage top management of the Distributor and their retail operations
  • Written of SOP for VM
  • Work closely with customers buying team on OTB planning for Champion buy plan and perform retail pricing and margin analysis
  • Establish retail stores KPI for (franchisee) Champion stores and provide retail reports, monthly P&L summary as well as any other reporting as required by management
  • Provide update retail markets dynamic and analysis across ESEA markets



Minimum Qualifications

  • Form 5 or above
  • Multi-tasking, decision making, interpersonal & communication, demonstrate ability to do basic research and apply standard analytical skill
  • Fluent Chinese/ Mandarin and English
  • 6+ years relevant experience, preferably with regional experience and know China market well


Required Skills/ Knowledge

  • Work experience as brand principle role on retail store development and in-depth knowledge of retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a highly-matrix business environment with people from diversified background and at all levels
  • Planning and Organization, and can work independently
  • Business analytical skill
  • Computer literate in SAP, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
