Manager - Reward Management (Ref. 190000LB)
Responsibilities 
  • Lead a team to oversee corporate reward / benefit schemes and ensure effective management of compensation and benefits related matters
  • Manage corporate-wide reward related projects, such as annual pay review, salary and benefits studies, renewal and regular review of corporate reward / benefit schemes, launch of new initiatives, etc.
  • Conduct data analytical / statistical reviews, market studies, relevant researches and analysis, etc., to facilitate formulation of competitive pay and benefits strategies
  • Assist in formulation of corporate reward strategies and policies and ensure effective implementation / communication to stakeholders
  • Deliver professional HR services to both internal and external parties
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A positive and self-driven individual with good analytical, stakeholder engagement, problem solving and communication skills
