Responsibilities:

  • Review existing retail banking business strategies, propositions and tactical plans. Monitor the implementation of key strategic projects.
  • Design relevant business strategic plans for Branches and business models for both Personal and SME Customers to enhance customer segmentation.
  • Predict market trend and assist in competitor analysis so as to identify market niche for retail banking business.
  • Conduct SAS business data analysis and financial due diligence for Retail Banking budget and product performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in Retail Banking, Product Management, and Customer Management or Sales Development area.
  • Hands-on experience in SAS and other statistical analysis tools are highly preferred.
  • Familiar with retail banking products, account services and knowledge in risk management.
  • Solid knowledge in business development, customer segmentation, brand management and marketing program development.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Strategic Planning.
