Your new company
Our client is a leading B2B market place seeking for a Planning & Analytics Manager with experience in creating targeted international marketing strategy that translates into qualified leads and increased conversions.

Your new role
This role will be part of the Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) as a trusted guide to develop integrated planning processes, build end-to-end cross-functional framework, establish consistent metrics and KPI's, analyse ROI and provide insight-led reporting across all channels for continuous improvement, marketing effectiveness, and marketing operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related field with minimum of 5 years in integrated marketing planning and 3 years of team management experience, preferably in a B2B international company environment
  • MBA or other relevant professional certifications, six-sigma professional certification or related process-improvement skill highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret various financial, marketing, sales performance reports
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, Chinese and English bilingual preferred
  • A self-starter, team player and trusted process planner
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office software, database and analytics software
