Marketing and Development Officer

Duties
a) Communicate the vision of Lumina College and promote her academic programs and services
b) Implement effective marketing plans & strategies to recruit students
c) Create effective strategies for maximizing donations
d) Write & present proposals to some trusts, funds and grant-making bodies and manage application process
e) Host promotional and fund-raising events
f) Handle mass and social media communication, and manage website
g) Design advertising and promotion materials, and follow up with the print advertising

Requirements:
a) Undergraduate or master level education, preferably in communication or marketing, with media training
b) Five or more years of experience in marketing and media
c) Experience in website management
d) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
e) Strong copywriting and design ability a plus
f) Strong computer skills: Mac & PC operations, Adobe, In Design, Design Works, Wix
g) Ability to communicate the essence of the Christian gospel to others
h) Regular service and involvement in the church and community

Note:

a) Have strong Christian faith, and understand Christian communication as mission
b) Pay scale comparable to media or public relations officer in nonprofits & Christian missions.
c) Full-time position, Insurance plan, Medical plan
d) Work location: Kowloon, Hong Kong
e) Candidate with less experience will be considered for a lower position
