Our client, a well-established insurance brokerage firm, is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings: 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for marketing materials eg. presentation
  • Arranging appointments and travel itineraries
  • Client’s medical & liaison
  • Assist in application, prepare proposal
  • Go to visit the customers with Vice President occasionally
  • Report to Vice President, travel arrangement and hotel booking
  • Other Ad hoc assignments


Requirements:

  • Degree holder is preferable
  • 2 years work experience in handling secretarial/administration/customer service role
  • Solid experience in life insurance industry is highly preferable.
  • Mature, organized and able to work independently
  • Excellent in spoken/written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good communication skills and outgoing
  • A good team player and stable
