WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Marketing:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in line with the company business objectives;
  • Drive and grow all digital channels (website, mobile and social media, etc) to create word-of-mouth effect, targeting to B-to-B enterprise markets;
  • Communicate marketing vision and priorities to internal and external stakeholder;
  • Optimize all digital campaigns performance to maximize ROI;
  • Host customer and friends events (cool theme-based event and an online live event like Facebook Live).

Channel:

  • Develop and deploy innovative partnership management strategies to meet the business objectives;
  • Focus on facilitating all communications with partners and resellers, improving client utilization, managing account profiles, preparing and delivering presentations for clients, monitoring the competition’s activity, planning for boosting market share, and communicating channel activities;
  • Build a successful Channel Partner Program. Make sure that all accounts referred by partners and resellers are profitably serviced in order for the company to achieve sales and revenue goals;
  • Provide timely and on-going deal support to help close new opportunities at identified partners and resellers including price requests, resource coordination, and other partner management activities;
  • Manage sales opportunities with all designated partners and resellers; provide accurate and updated sales funnel with current status;
  • Meet with partners / resellers for training / mind-share / incremental business / business planning;
  • Prepare and provide the senior management with reports of all channel activities and results

WHAT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS YOU NEED TO GET:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With 5 years' of experience in digital marketing and channel partnerships is preferred
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical mind with a business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, creative and initiative to new market trends
  • Able to work independently without supervision or as a part of a team
  • A sense of time management and responsibility are required
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
  • Familiar with B-to-B marketing is preferred
