Major Duties:
(a) To develop integrated marketing communications strategies to enhance brand awareness and student enrolment of the Institutes;
(b) To lead the marketing communication team in execution of digital and social media plan, stakeholders engagement, student outreach, branding and publicity generation;
(c) To develop brand campaigns in collaboration with industry partners and to maximise brand visibility and recognition;
(d) To prepare and review marketing collaterals for brand and programme promotion;
(e) To solicit scholarships and donations; and
(f) To undertake financial planning and budgetary control for marketing activities.

Requirements:
(a) (i) A recognized degree in marketing, communications or related discipline, and at least 3 years’ relevant work experience; OR
(ii) A recognized higher diploma in a relevant discipline, and at least 9 years’ relevant work experience;
(b) Proven experience on marketing communications at managerial level in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
(c) Proven record in web content management, implementation of digital & social media campaigns and analytical tools;
(d) Able to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
(e) Self-motivated, creative and strategic with analytical thinking;
(f) Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
(g) Good proficiency in the use of computer application software; and
(h) Ability to pass a written test.

Notes:
(1) The post is in the rank of “Assistant Training Consultant” or “Chief Instructor”.
(2) Candidates will be considered for the rank of “Assistant Training Consultant” if possessing a recognized degree in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years’ relevant work experience.
(3) Candidates will be considered for the rank of “Chief Instructor” if possessing a recognized higher diploma in a relevant discipline and at least 9 years’ relevant work experience.
(4) Candidates without the required academic qualification stated in the Requirement (a) above but possessing 16 years’ work or teaching experience in the relevant industry may also apply. Where applicable, these candidates may be required to have a Qualifications Framework (QF) Level 3 qualification.
(5) The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned.
(6) In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process.
