Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing all online and offline contents for various marketing activities. Liaise with user departments for the detailed information required.
  • Assist to draft and proofread the copywriting of all contents on collateral items and promotion materials to ensure consistent and appropriate writing style and tone as well as accuracy before further production.
  • Plan and prepare the content for all social media channels. Ensure the media database are updated.
  • As a key contact point for liaison with local and international media to enhance media relations and maximise free, positive publicity for the Hotel.
  • In line with the corporate identity of the Hotel, liaise with in-house designers and other vendors when required.
  • Assist in on-site audit within the Hotel premises to ensure the proper use of all promotional materials by all concerned user departments.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
  • 3 years or above relevant experience.
  • With relevant working experience in Hotels is preferred.
  • Have good skills and experience in online marketing, website management and social media.
  • Knowledge of Copywriting, Press Release and Media connection.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, English and Chinese typing.
  • Initiative and high attention to details, able to work well as a team yet independently with minimal supervision.
  • Pleasant personality, helpful, dynamic and good communication skills, self-motivated and responsible.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
