An international printing solution company primarily for textile & garment industries. 


  • Report to the President, AP and to lead an effective marketing team, to grow the AP business in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Develop and implement an annual and long-term marketing strategy for Asia Pacific – aligned with brand equity.
  • Develop lead generation through multiple means of direct, social, and print medias and interface with the sales departments.
  • Lead and execute channel marketing activities.
  • Manage business development projects and opportunities coordinated with headquarters.
  • Product launches of new equipment, features and technology.
  • Continuously try new things. 


  • 8+ years marketing leadership experience at an Asia pacific mid-size global organization.
  • An extensive experience in Chinese and Japanese markets.
  • Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Well-rounded experience in the full complete tool box of marketing tools, sales tools and lead generation.
  • Experience in funnel management, sales cycle and pre-sale activities.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on orientation - having the ability to manage projects from inception through execution. 
  • BS/BA in Marketing or related field from an accredited university.
  • Experience in selling capital equipment in a Business to Business environment \ from a relevant industry (digital printing, textile) – an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, a hunger to learn and to flourish in a dynamic, fast growing entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the AP and internationally as required, high level of English – a must.
