Teach For Hong Kong (TFHK) envisions a future where all children in Hong Kong have equal opportunity to access quality education and fulfill their potential.

We are a growing movement of young leaders that drive systemic changes in education with cross-sector collaboration. Through our one-year TFHK Fellowship Program, we empower the most promising young leaders to change Hong Kong, starting from leading classrooms in underserved schools.

Since our founding in 2015, we have nurtured 110 ambitious youths, served over 20,000 students at 23 grassroots schools in Hong Kong. We are funded by the Government’s SIE Fund, The D. H. Chen Foundation and The Jockey Club Charities Trust and are thriving as one of the fastest growing social impact startup.

About This Role

Teach For Hong Kong nurtures future leaders to bring education equity, starting with a one year teaching Fellowship program.

As we strive to be the top employer brand among university graduates and young professionals, we are looking for someone who can develop our marketing and recruitment capabilities across channels to recruit the highest caliber young people to join our one-year Fellowship program.

This person will have the opportunity to learn and grow with an ambitious team trying to reimagine social impact. He/she will play a key role in fulfilling the growth of our flagship program by creating an employer brand that resonates ambitious and socially conscious youths.
 

This Person Will…

  • Create and execute innovative strategies, tactics and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, application of our Fellowship program among university graduates and young professionals
  • Help craft compelling communications and creative assets that elevates the Teach for Hong Kong Fellowship's brand
  • Project-manage execution (internal & external teams) and measure outcomes and metrics of online and offline marketing campaigns (incl. creative campaigns, events, partnerships, ads, SEM, SEO, etc.)

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 years experience in marketing; preferably with experience at startups or in a fast-paced work setting (e.g. agencies)
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an impeccable writer but can also be process-driven and rely on data to make decisions
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal communications skills
  • Understanding of Gen Z wants and needs, and ability to incorporate insights in diverse facets of work
  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to cope with ambiguity and the ability to work effectively and creatively
