Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

 

  • Reporting to department head for full spectrums of Marketing duties
  • Relationship management with greater China vendors and media, including contract negotiations, press appearances and partnerships
  • Work with internal designers for website production and all advertising campaign development
  • Coordinate seminars and events on a regular basis locally and regionally
  • Assist team on strategic planning and execution by communicating with external teams and overseas offices
  • Keep track on campaign performance, evaluate and analyze data and generate various reports to reflect the team’s ROI

 

Ideal Candidate Should Be:

  • University degree holder or above in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Finance or related fields
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is a must. Previous experience gained from Media / Finance industry is an advantage. Exposure in South East Asia market is a plus.
  • Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese typing. Knowledge of SEO, proficiency in web analytic tools and CRM system is definitely a plus
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese
  • Fluent spoken English and Mandarin for reporting and vendor communication
  • Self-motivated, independent and be able to think out of the box; eager to learn and be able to work with team
  • Strong analytical mind and skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude with good presentation skills
  • Must be detail oriented and fast learner
