Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposal and marketing collaterals
  • Assist in event from initial brief through to actual on-site management
  • Manage and coordinate with all relevant parties and suppliers to facilities smooth implementation of projects and events
  • Provide on-site support of the events
  • Explore new promotion or collaboration opportunities with relevant partners
  • Handle ad-hoc projects/reports as assigned
  • Assist in designing display and promotional materials

Requirements:

  • 1 –3 year relevant experience in EVENT management or PR. Less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) in English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a bonus
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and accountability on performance targets.
  • Good organization Skill, able to multi-task and complete task within timeline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly sales-oriented personality
  • Form 7 or above
  • Proficiency on MS office is a must. Knowledge in adobe photoshop,illustrator, etc, will be an advantage.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
