Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop short term and long-term branding strategies
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing initiatives to various distribution channels toachieve business goals and sales targets
  • Manage with marketing agencies on the ATL, BTL and digital campaigns and closely monitor their performance to ensure campaigns are rolled out efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and activities including SEO, SEM, online display, eDM marketing, social media platforms etc.
  • Accountable for assigned pillars performance, A&P budget control and maximize the marketing ROI
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to develop customer friendly communication websites and platforms, and sustainably enhance content and UX
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on scope, user requirements and provide user acceptance testing on websites and platforms
  • Work closely with product development team and customer services team to identify value proposition of products & services and promote to customers
  • Proven ability to coach the team

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in marketing, business, e-commerce, insurance or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience in marketing and e-commerce such as brand building, ATL, BTL, digital marketing, channel sales promotions, etc (preferably in financial, insurance or banking industry)
  • Knowledge in general insurance industry preferred
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle a large workload and priorities
  • Dynamic and independent self-starter, hands-on, can-do attitude, organized and multi-tasking
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Basic knowledge of web programming, e.g. HTML / CSS preferred
  • Pro-active attitude, able to work independently and able to meet deadlines
