Job Summary:
Hands-on position to lead and manage all marketing activities for the Asian businesses. Support the business unit’s overall revenue and marketing goals and vision through strategic planning,
budgeting and proper execution of all tactical activities. Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities. Conceptualizes and creates marketing materials, manages projects, and ensures company messages are consistent with corporate
vision.

Responsibilities

Budgeting and Planning: Plan and execute marketing budget. Develop and recommend marketing strategies and plans to corporate executives and business unit management.

Market Research and Planning: Proactively research market trends, develop messaging, gather competitive intelligence, cooperate with business line executives, and work with inside subject matter experts.

Solutions Marketing and Positioning: Work closely with business unit teams and sales to define key selling propositions that will translate into all sales & marketing materials, client communications, and press
initiatives.
Communications: Manage content and flow of communications, including web sites, newsletter programs, trade shows, search, online
advertising, print advertising, sales materials and client/sales messaging. Ensure brand consistency and continuity in all materials.

Events: Coordinate and execute events, tradeshows and client events.

Sales Support: Provide standardized email templates, presentations and proposals; provide sales with relevant information.

Thought Leadership: Drive our status as industry experts in the market through speakers’ initiatives, whitepaper development, and continuing education programs.

Employee Management and Development: Responsible for managing and developing direct reports.

Reporting: Track and report on marketing ROI.

Product Marketing: Works with product manager to communicate product releases and client benefits, web content, collateral, key messages and press initiatives.

Partnerships and Consultants: Manages and directs third-party engagements with public relations firms and other vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of seven years marketing experience
  • Legal experience preferred
  • Experience serving clients in a fast-paced operating environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Experience with marketing support including social media, web sites, press releases, conference support and CRM tools, specifically SalesForce
  • Pardot Experience with product marketing
