Job description

Do you have a passion in this interesting business arena and to liberate the general view on sexual well-being products? Yet to face the challenge in teasing customers on condom, personal lubricant and even adult toys in the modern retail trade outlets? A bigger challenge yet, we will work it in a global scale, working in markets including at least Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and UK. Successful candidate will join our team to develop and enhance our market focused in the emerging sexual well-being products.

Duties

  • Manage sexual well-being items - condom, lubricant and adult toys.
  • Develop thematic marketing strategies for different brands in various markets.
  • Utilize both online and offline media, formulate media plan across TV, OOH, prints, social media, online shopping platforms to meet target customers. 
  • Build affiliate and opinion leader network; engage public in discussion forums.
  • Develop strategies for media buy and continuous evaluation on media effectiveness based on statistical sales result figures.
  • Negotiate with media and optimize the use of marketing budget. 
  • Prepare marketing and competitive analysis and report to senior management.
  • Enhance existing marketing strategies and responsible for execution.
  • Identify opportunities and collect market intelligence.
  • Work on Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and the UK markets. Regular travelling is required.
  • Work with suppliers from Japan, Germany, Malaysia, US and China.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must be a Hong Kong resident.
  • Good command of English and Putonghua.
  • 5 years or above field experience in marketing.
  • Solid experience in practicing Behavioral Economics.
  • Practical experience in formulating and execution of AB test plan in various media, judgement on media effectiveness for future optimization.
  • Very familiar with sound understanding in SEM and SEO, google adwords, google analytics, Bing ads, facebook business manager, LINE and WhatsApp official account.
  • Direct media buy experience is a must, with good price negotiation skills.
  • Experience in media sales is an advantage.
  • Creative and thinking out-of-the-box, yet with strong execution ability.
