  • Develop marketing strategies in line with business and marketing objectives to ensure maximizing annual sales and profitability target and identifying opportunities to work collaboratively to drive sales and exposure of products and brand.
  • Lead the team for the execution of approved plans, including new product launches, ATL and BTL communications activity
  • Manage creative and social media agencies, ensuring all projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage the production and execution of agreed ATL/BTL campaigns as required, including PR, TV, OTV, Outdoor, Print, Digital campaigns and other platforms as relevant.
  • Work with the team to create Marketing ROI documents/proposals and complete post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Work closely with Product Developers on product development to ensure timely and effective launch of new products and packaging
  • Manage the communication of timely and relevant information with key stakeholders, importantly operation and product development teams, including promotional and campaign details, key events and NPD launch plans
  • Conduct consumer research studies to support business developments and collect and analyze trade and competitive information timely
  • Consolidate marketing calendar and oversee the control of the marketing budget and report monthly for regular reviews
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects and tasks as required


  • University graduate with major in Business and Marketing
  • Strong marketing and budget management skills
  • Strong project management skills to drive ideas and opportunities through to completion and measure return on investment
  • Good knowledge on digital marketing
  • At least 8 years relevant experience with managerial and supervisory role in the consumer products field with proven successful track record
