Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement corporate branding and advertising to drive the business and increase brand awareness for the company
  • Participate in new retail BU marketing procedure and control set up
  • Take charge of all membership activities including promotion, recruitment and retention, database management and membership benefits
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies, media, suppliers and other internal departments for planning and successful execution of various marketing campaign
  • Keep track record to review performance of marketing activities to find continuous improvements
  • Oversee and monitor the marketing budget
  • Develop and implement digital/online marketing strategies to drive revenue and loyal customers
  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure a smooth execution of in-store promotion and marketing activities
  • Liaise with IT department and external vendors to ensure a timely and smooth implementation and maintenance of digital marketing projects
  • Actively obtain market intelligence and conduct marketing and industry research to facilitate winning of business

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines
  • 8 years relevant working experience with minimum 3 years managerial experience, preferably in beauty and cosmetics retail industry 
  • All-rounded and result oriented marketer with proven strategic skills and able to identify and develop innovative and creative opportunities that achieve objectives
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
  • Strong business acumen and sale-driven innovative mindset
  • Possess strong stakeholder management, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Strong media network, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good market awareness, strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available is preferred
